Spring/Summer 2014 shoot

August is coming to an end but it's been a busy month for us all at Amy Hall. On 1st August our A/W 2013 collection went on sale in Wolf & Badger on Dover Street, Mayfair.

Ten days later we hosted a sample sale in Kentish Town with a selection of other London based designers, then a few days later shot our new Spring/Summer 2014 collection, which was incredibly exciting. I've included a sneaky behind-the-scenes shot below. We'll be unveiling the collection in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out.

Autumn/Winter 2013 lookbook shoot: behind the scenes

Last weekend saw yet another lookbook shoot fly by. We worked with a new photographer this season, Alyssa Boni and the team had a great day in her studio in Kentish Town. Elina, our model, made everything look sensational and while things are pretty hectic as London Fashion Week looms, we're all super excited about showing off the new collection for Autumn/Winter 2013.

Below are some shots from Sunday - Ellie Tobin working on make-up, Kim Taylor Bennett shooting a behind-the-scenes video and finally, Alyssa and I working on the edit with a well-earned glass of wine.

SS13 shoot - behind the scenes

Yesterday, in the midst of all the London Fashion Week madness, we shot the Spring/Summer 2013 lookbook.  It was a fantastic shoot, with all of the pieces looking absolutely stunning on our gorgeous model Roxanne (who you might recognise from the current series of Sky Living's Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model).  I thought I'd share a few sneaky behind-the-scenes shots with you all, but watch this space for the final looks....

AW 2011 shoot

I got a few behind-the-scenes shots of the team doing what they do best on yesterday's shoot so thought I'd share them with y'all...

It was a fantastic day - hard work but we have some brilliant results so I'm really happy. Can't wait to get the A/W 2011 look book out there for all to see.

Shoot, score! #2

We have a date in the diary for the A/W 11 shoot and we're all very excited about it, especially as we have the same team - everyone did such an amazing job last time, I'm feeling pretty confident.

I'll be casting over the next couple of weeks and I'll be blogging (where possible) throughout the process. Keep an eye out for further developments!

ASOS shoot

Just had a really successful morning's shooting for ASOS Marketplace. No rain, intermittent sun and not too cold. We almost had the our little corner of the city to ourselves.

Fingers crossed...

Due to my involvement with ASOS's forthcoming online concept, Marketplace, I'm going to be shooting the A/W collection again this weekend - only this time we're going 'street style'!

My lovely friend Natasha has stepped in to perform modelling duties and we'll be heading to London's financial hub, which is eerily deserted at the weekends and consequently a perfect backdrop.

The rest of this week will be spent frantically calling back all of the samples and planning each of the looks, as well as desperately hoping for good weather. Unfortunately it's forecast to rain. Keep your fingers crossed.

All done!

Keshia, Frances and Georgie are finally off duty and enjoy a well-earned cigarette in the sunshine.

Ellie adds some finishing touches and Keshia strikes a pose.
